The Dance Division of the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation currently offers fall and spring sessions of classes in classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, and creative movement. We offer additional summer camps, classes, and intensives in June and July.
Friends of Metro Dance sponsors Centennial Youth Ballet's Mini-Nutcracker and Annual Spring Concert as well as special performances by local and visiting artists.

Our dance classes for adults provide high-quality, affordable dance training in a supportive environment. The Dance Division of the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation currently offers classes for adults of all ages in ballet, contemporary, contact improvisation, creative movement, West African, Tai Chi, Pilates, DanceFit, Gyrokinesis, and Dancing with Parkinson's.
Friends of Metro Dance and the Metro Parks Dance Division offer long-term and project-based residencies for the creation of new work in the dance field.
